Bitchentials: Assess yourself. Really.

Knowing yourself enables you to know where you stand.

Evaluating yourself is like solving a Math problem. It may look complex or confusing but with the right formula and steps, everything can be accomplished.
Starting out is easy when you do know how to begin with.
So,
1.   You should first list the given: your strengths and weaknesses.
       Strengths
In everything that you do, you should do your best. Bring out your strong asset and even those hidden traits that may seem comical but could be useful. Jut down things you are good at, at least believe to. Remember those compliments you got as a kid or much better as of today. These things will boost your morale and lift your ego to have the right confidence of a bitch.
       Weaknesses
As much as your strengths, listing your weaknesses is also important. Writing and remembering these things down will help you in building your wall of defense. People will always judge you for who you are and you should be always be ready to hear the insults. Deal with your issues. Accept yourself and use it for your advantage.
2.    Find your formula or style.
Every person is unique. Each one of has a different way of dealing with ourselves. It is important to know how you should know this. Some people use humor as a defense mechanism. Some use pity. Know yours.
3.    Use and manipulate the variables.
Weigh and balance your variables and fit them to your style. Learn when to use your strengths at the right time and the right place. Your strengths is like magic, it is great to use but it gets depleted. Use it well. Twist your weaknesses and make them your strengths. Do not show how afraid or terrified you are in a situation to people.
